Hang in there. You can do this, I know it! Focus all your frustrated smoking energy on something else—getting through the manga project might be good. Piss off your downstairs neighbor by taking a stomping break when you want a cigarette. ![]()
You know, ive found a perfect displacement activity for smoking; file your nails for a few mins, make them perfect, then do it again about an hour later…. If its a really rough craving, add some chocolate of some kind, and a cuppa maybe, and keep focusing on your hands. We can do it! Im half way thru day four now!!!
urrrrgh chocolate…one of the reasons I was stressed about quitting was the gaining weight thing - I’m sticking to drinking water - which is also fun because I get to flush the toilet twice an hour at 3, 4 am - hopefully disturbing my bastard neighbours who can’t complain about that at least…
*chuckles evilly*
