I think they were just trying to find an interest you may have in common.
Maybe if I go they’ll give me a bag saying “we love tea and biscuits”...
The truth of the matter is that koala’s are grumpy, dirty and smelly creatures in real life!! I can’t stand them.. much prefer the emu.. at least they have some personality (taste pretty good too!!) *runs for cover*
Hey, no hassling the Koalas! Those little creatures are permanently high on eucalyptus, they cant eat anything else, they dont hassle us at all and only get grumpy when we grab them away from their drugs and do pet things with them. I think they are very spiritual! Whereas emus, hah! Bastards! Those damn things attacked me when i was only a little girl, went straight for the bobbles on my hair elastics, I thought they were going for my head!!!!! But yeah, they do taste good, dont they!
Did you know that baby koala bootstrap their eucalyptus-digesting abilities by eating some of their mother’s feces?
Like most mammals, koalas cannot digest the plant material on their own, and the mother’s feces provide the requisite bacteria to the cub’s digestive system ![]()
